  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2 bunch - spinach
  • 4 tbsp - grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Eggs Florentine

  • Heat oil, add spinach and cook for 10/12 minutes or until tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Arrange spinach in 4 ramekin bowls.
  • Break an egg over each sprinkle 1 tbsp grated cheese over top.
  • Bake in moderate oven till egg sets.
