  • 200 g - fresh cottage cheese
  • 75 g - castor sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - green cardamom powder/elaichi powder
  • For garnishing:
  • Cherries

How to Make Elaichi bahar sandesh

  • Mash together cottage cheese and castor sugar till the mixture is smooth.
  • Cook in a heavy bottomed pan till it is dry.
  • Add elaichi powder and mix well.
  • Press into moulds to get the desired shape and garnish with cherries.
