Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Mutton
  • 500g- Onions
  • 10-15 - green elaichi, crushed
  • 2 tsp - freshly ground black pepper
  • Coriander - for garnishing
  • How to Make Elaichi Meat:

    1. Wash and put the mutton in a pressure cooker, along with onions and salt.
    2. Cook for 10 minutes without water.
    3. After the cooker is cooled, open and put on large flame and dry up the water.
    4. Then add ground pepper powder and elaichi.
    5. Mix well and add a glass of water.
    6. Keep on slow flame for 10 minutes and it is ready to serve.
    7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or rotis.
