  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp crushed almonds
  • 1/2 tsp crushed pistachios
  • 2-3 pinch cardamom powder
  • 5-6 strands of kesar (saffron)
  • 2 almonds, thinly sliced

How to Make Energised Milk

  • Mix all ingredients except almond slices.
  • Put to heat and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into cup from a height to create froth on the milk.
  • Sprinkle the almond slices on top.
  • Serve piping hot.
