  • 50 gm almonds, blanched, peeled and cut
  • 50 gm melted chocolate
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 25 gm castor sugar
  • 50 gm whipped cream

How to Make Espresso And Almond Parfait

  • Mix the almonds with the melted chocolate.
  • In a pan, cook the coffee, egg yolks and castor sugar.
  • Whisk until white and fluffy.
  • Cool and then fold in the whipped cream and almond-chocolate.
  • Pour the mixture into a mould and freeze.
  • Scoop out to serve.
