  • 50 gm almonds, blanched, peeled and cut
  • 50 gm melted chocolate
  • 100 ml coffee
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 25 gm castor Sugar
  • 50 gm whipped Cream
  • How to Make Espresso And Almond Parfait:

    1. Mix the almonds with the melted chocolate.
    2. In a pan, cook the coffee, egg yolks and castor sugar.
    3. Whisk until white and fluffy.
    4. Cool and then fold in the whipped cream and almond-chocolate.
    5. Pour the mixture into a mould and freeze.
    6. Scoop out to serve.
