How to Make Falvoursome Red Chilli Chutney

  • Grind coarsely red chillies and garlic and add tomato paste and red chilli powder to this along with 1/4 cup water.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok, add the paste and cook.
  • Add salt, when it comes to boil, simmer and cook covered with a lid on a slow fire for 5 mins or till the oil separates from the gravy.
  • Switch off the flame and add 2 tsp of oil.
  • Leave it covered for 3 more mins.
  • Serve it with rice or veg fried rice or ghee rice.
