  • 1/2 cup -peanuts, powders
  • salt
  • 2 - chillies
  • oil

How to Make Fasting Upma

  • Boil potatoes and mash it with the peanut powder, salt and chilly.
  • Heat the oil and saute the mixture for five minutes on low heat.
  • Serve hot with curd.
