  • 5 to 6 pieces - Bread
  • 1 cup - Semolina
  • 1 cup - Malai
  • 1 cup - carrots, grated
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Fatafat Bread

  • Mix malai, salt, semolina, carrots and green chillies.
  • Take one slice of bread and apply this mixture on the both sides.
  • Heat a tawa and put the slice on it so that the malai start melting.
  • Turn it upside down. Cook on both sides until brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
