Ingredients

  • 50 g - whole fenugreek seeds
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - mixed coriander and mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 pinch - sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala

How to Make Fenugreek Salad

  • Soak the fenugreek seeds for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Remove from water and wipe it dry.
  • Take a bowl, add the fenugreek seeds, chopped tomato, onion and carrot.
  • Mix well, add chopped chillies, coriander leaves salt, sugar, lemon juice and chaat masala.
