Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Boiled Chickpeas
  • 500 gms - Yoghurt
  • 10 gms - Peeled Garlic
  • 20 gms - Ghee
  • 10 gms - Pine Nut
  • 10 gms - Red paprika
  • 5 gm - Chopped Parsley
  • 5 gm - Cooking salt
  • 30 gms - Fried bread
  • 100 ml - Water of Chickpeas
  • 10 gms - Dry Mint
  • How to Make Festive Fatet Hommus:

    1. Put the chickpeas into a hot pan with garlic, salt, chickpea water and bread.
    2. Mix in the yogurt, parsley, mint, paprika.
    3. Add the hot ghee and pine nuts.
    4. Blend to a smooth consistency.
