Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - smooth Mango pulp
  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg powder
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 3/4 cup - whipping Cream
  • 2 packets - unflavored gelatin
  • 1 - baked pie crust (approx 9 inch)
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • How to Make Festive Mango Pie:

    1. In a pan, mix sugar, gelatine and water.
    2. Boil till gelatine and sugar dissolve.
    3. Remove from fire.
    4. Add mango pulp, lemon juice.
    5. Mix it well, set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    6. Beat egg whites.
    7. Mix it with the set mixture, add all the remaining ingredients except the pie crust.
    8. Place the pie crust in a pan.
    9. Pour the mixture over it.
    10. Set it for another 3 hours in the refrigerator.
    11. Serve after garnishing with mango slices.
