Ingredients

  • 10 oz - chopped Figs
  • 14 oz - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1 pint - heavy Cream
  • 1 cup - fat-free Cream
  • 1/2 cup - whole Milk

How to Make Fig Ice Cream

  • Soak chopped figs in whole milk for 1 hour.
  • Grind the figs in food processor.
  • Now mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and combine until well blended.
  • Pour in to airtight container and freeze it overnight.
