Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - fish (boneless, skinless cut into pieces)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto / china salt
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 cup - oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Finger Fish

  • Boil the fish in some water adding a bit of salt to it.
  • Mash the fish thoroughly and add all the other ingredients except bread crumbs.
  • Mix well to make a nice dough, divide it into 10 parts and give a finger shape to each one of them.
  • Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.
  • Drain on the kitchen paper and serve hot with any sauce.
