Ingredients

  • sear fish fillets - 1/2 kg
  • green chilies - 3 to 4, minced
  • Ginger - 2 tsp, minced
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric leaves - 6 to 8
  • Lime juice to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Fish Baked in Turmeric Leaves

  • Cut the fillets into 6 cm pieces.
  • Combine all the ingredients from green chilies to lime juice.
  • Line a baking dish with 1/2 the turmeric leaves.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 the masala over it.
  • Arrange the fillets in a single layer over it.
  • Sprinkle remaining masala over the fillets.
  • Cover with remaining leaves.
  • Bake in oven till done (about 25 minutes)
