Ingredients

  • sear fish fillets - 1/2 kg
  • green chilies - 3 to 4, minced
  • Ginger - 2 tsp, minced
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric leaves - 6 to 8
  • Lime juice to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Fish Baked in Turmeric Leaves:

    1. Cut the fillets into 6 cm pieces.
    2. Combine all the ingredients from green chilies to lime juice.
    3. Line a baking dish with 1/2 the turmeric leaves.
    4. Sprinkle 1/2 the masala over it.
    5. Arrange the fillets in a single layer over it.
    6. Sprinkle remaining masala over the fillets.
    7. Cover with remaining leaves.
    8. Bake in oven till done (about 25 minutes)
