Ingredients

  • 500 g - cooked fish
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 2 - medium onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - coriander-cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - Mango powder
  • 4 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Fish Balls

  • Bone and flake the fish.
  • Add onions, coriander, chillies, spices and salt. Mash with fork and mix well
  • Shape into small balls
  • Dip in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry balls in hot oil till brown. Serve hot
