Ingredients

  • Fish - 500 g
  • Onion - 2, medium slice
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Grated coriander leaves - few
  • Grated green chilli - a few
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - to fry
  • Bread slices - as needed

How to Make Fish Bread Roll

  • Boil the fish and remove the bones and make keema
  • Put oil in a pan, add onion and saute till colour changes
  • Add boiled fish, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, grated green chilli, coriander leaves and sugar
  • Fry it in low flame and remove after a few minutes
  • Take a slice of bread and soak it in plain water and take out quickly
  • Stuff fish kemma into bread, press the bread and shape into desired shapes
  • Now heat oil in a kadai and fry the bread roll, till golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney and salad
