Ingredients

  • 6- fish pieces
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 - tamarind
  • 1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 6 tbsp - oil

How to Make Fish Fry in Onion-Tomato Marinade

  • Cut the fish and wash well.
  • Marinate fish with mashed tomato, onion, red chilli, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tamarind, and salt for 15 minutes.
  • In a kadai, deep-fry the fish on medium flame and serve hot with rice.
