Ingredients

  • 4 - fish
  • Salt - as per taste
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 5 - stems of coriander
  • 1 tsp - garlic-ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • How to Make Fish Fry with Green Masala:

    1. Clean the fish. Make the paste of all the ingredients and apply it to the fish.
    2. Heat the oil and deep-fry the fish.
    3. Serve it with lemon.
