Ingredients

  • 6 - mackerels
  • 250 ml - Ghee
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - Recheado Masala
  • 3-4 Onions - minced
  • 3/4 cup - gram flour
  • 1/2 cup - semolina
  • 1.5 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Fish in Recheado Masala

  • Heat some ghee and fry the minced onions.
  • When they turn golden brown, add the recheado masala and fry for a while and keep aside.
  • Fill the stuffing in the belly portion of the fish.
  • Tie the fish with a thread and dip in a mixture made with the gram flour, semolina and chilli powder.
  • Heat remaining ghee in a pan, and fry the stuffed fish on medium flame till done.
