How to Make Fish Indad

  • Wash and cut the fish. Apply salt and turmeric powder and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the fish.
  • Cut the boiled potatoes into pieces and keep aside.
  • Grind dry red chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric, green chillies with a little vinegar.
  • In a pot, heat ghee and saute the sliced onions.
  • Add the ground masala and stir well.
  • Add 2 cups of water, salt, sugar and vinegar to the mixture and boil.
  • When the curry is boiling, add the fried fish and let it cook for five more minutes. Add the boiled potatoes.
