  • 1/2 cup - fish/egg -
  • 1 - medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • Salt, as required
  • Oil, as required

How to Make Fish Roe Cutlet

  • Mix fish roe, chopped onion, green chillies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, gram flour and salt.
  • Make small balls of the mixture and gently flatten into a 2 inch patty.
  • Deep Fried and serve hot with ketchup.
