Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Any fillets
  • 1/2 cup - halved black Grapes
  • 1/2 cup - diced Olives
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 - cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil

How to Make Fish Salad

  • Mix vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil well. Add it to mayonnaise such that it blends well.
  • Mix all the ingredients except grapes and olives.
  • Pour mayonnaise, and mix well.
  • Garnish with grapes and olives.
  • Serve with sour cream.
