Ingredients

  • 400 gm - boneless fish
  • 2 tbsp. - ghee
  • 2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • For the bread:
  • 6 slices - bread of your choice, garlic or other
  • butter to spread

How to Make Fish sandwich

  • Boil the boneless fish, drain and retain the water. Mash the boiled fish and place in a mixing bowl. Mix 2 tbsp of the fish stock which has been retained.
  • Also mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Now, heat ghee in a non-stick pan and fry the mix for 2 mins.
  • Remove the mix and place again in a dish, and your mixture is ready.
  • Spread butter on the bread slices. Spread the fish mixture on one slice and cover with a buttered slice. This will make three fish sandwiches in all.
