Ingredients

  • 6 slices - Surmai/ Pomfret
  • 4 cups - water
  • 5-6 Cloves - garlic, roughly pounded
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - shredded Cabbage

How to Make Fish Soup

  • Put all the ingredients in a vessel and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for about 7 mins or more.
  • Make sure fish is cooked.
  • Serve hot.
