  • 8 slices whole wheat bread, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup - raisins
  • 4 cups - milk (skim the malai)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon

How to Make Flavoursome Bread pudding

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly brush a casserole with oil.
  • Place the bread in the dish and sprinkle with raisins.
  • In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over the raisins.
  • Bake for about 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
