How to Make

  • Mix all the ingredients (except jeera and coriander leaves) with water.
  • The consistency should be thin like that of the dosa batter. Keep this batter aside for 1 hour.
  • Now heat oil in a pan/kadai, add jeera/cumin seeds and allow to crackle
  • Add coriander leaves and cumin seeds to the batter.
  • Make crisp dosas.
