Ingredients

  • A pack of Marie biscuits
  • a pack of bourbon biscuits
  • a pack of fruit salt
  • 100 grams - Sugar
  • 200 grams - bournvita (instead of using chocolate)
  • Milk
  • oil (for greasing)
  • How to Make Flour free cake:

    1. Blend the biscuits to a fine powder. Add sugar and Bournvita and blend again.
    2. Transfer mixture to a bowl (greased with oil) and finally add fruit salt to it before baking it in a microwave oven for 7 mins..
    3. Topping (optional):
    4. Mix bournvita, milk and sugar and pour over the cake once it is done.
    5. Note:
    6. Add fruit salt just before baking the cake.
