  • A pack of Marie biscuits
  • a pack of bourbon biscuits
  • a pack of fruit salt
  • 100 grams - sugar
  • 200 grams - bournvita (instead of using chocolate)
  • milk
  • oil (for greasing)

How to Make Flour free cake

  • Blend the biscuits to a fine powder. Add sugar and Bournvita and blend again.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl (greased with oil) and finally add fruit salt to it before baking it in a microwave oven for 7 mins..
  • Topping (optional):
  • Mix bournvita, milk and sugar and pour over the cake once it is done.
  • Note:
  • Add fruit salt just before baking the cake.
