  • 1 - focaccia bread
  • 1 - chicken breast
  • 1 - red pepper
  • 1 - green pepper
  • 2 pieces - sundried tomato, soaked in warm water and sliced finely
  • 2 slices - cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • Salt - as required
  • 1 tbsp - breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste(optional)
  • 3 tsp - mayonnaise

How to Make Focaccia Bread sandwich

  • First prepare the chicken, by marinating the chicken, in chilli powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum.
  • Coat the chicken strips in breadcrumbs and place it in the oven for 15 minutes on each side.
  • Prepare the peppers by washing them well. Drizzle with oil and leave it in the oven, till the skin becomes black. Allow them to cool.
  • Assemble the sandwich, by cutting the bread into four equal parts.
  • Apply the mayonnaise on one slice, arrange the slices of pepper, sundried tomato, chicken and cheese.
  • Place the other slice of bread on top of it and leave it inside the oven, until the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot with salad.
