Ingredients

  • 600 ml. vegetable stock
  • 30 gms. Olive oil
  • 60 ml. white wine
  • 20 gms. chopped Onions
  • 20 gms. chopped Garlic
  • 20 gms. chopped Celery
  • ½ tsp. chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp. aromatic powder
  • 20 gms. grated processed cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp. chopped Parsley

How to Make Fondant soup

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion, celery and garlic. Saute well till golden brown.
  • Add stock with breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  • Bring to boil till it becomes thick and flavoured with wine.
  • Add grated cheese and remove from heat.
  • Pour soup in soup bowl, garnish with chilli flakes and chopped parsley.
