Ingredients

  • 600 ml. vegetable stock
  • 30 gms. Olive oil
  • 60 ml. white wine
  • 20 gms. chopped Onions
  • 20 gms. chopped Garlic
  • 20 gms. chopped Celery
  • ½ tsp. chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp. aromatic powder
  • 20 gms. grated processed cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp. chopped Parsley
  • How to Make Fondant soup:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, celery and garlic. Saute well till golden brown.
    2. Add stock with breadcrumbs and seasonings.
    3. Bring to boil till it becomes thick and flavoured with wine.
    4. Add grated cheese and remove from heat.
    5. Pour soup in soup bowl, garnish with chilli flakes and chopped parsley.
