  • 4 - eggs
  • 8 slices - bread
  • 1 tsp - dried mixed herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup - cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 - green capsicum, cut into rings
  • 1 cup - oil
  • How to Make French Toast with Herbs for Breakfast:

    1. Cut the bread slices into triangles.
    2. Mix the eggs with mixed herbs, tomato sauce, seasoning and the cheese.
    3. Beat well into a paste.
    4. Spread the mixture on the bread slices with a knife, place a ring of capsicum on each piece, and bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
    5. Serve hot at tea time with a sauce of your choice.
