How to Make Fresh Corn Pakodas

  • Take a medium size bowl, mix 2 cups of fresh corn kernels with ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander seeds and cumin seeds and grind them.
  • Do not make a fine paste but grind roughly.
  • Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, plain flour, salt to taste and mix well.
  • Heat oil, then add 1 tbsp hot oil to the mixture, add finely chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves in the above mixture.
  • Mix well and fry pakodas of medium shape till light brown.
  • Serve hot with pudina chutney or tomato sauce.
