  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Apple
  • 200 gm - seedless Grapes
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Pear
  • 100 gm - Papaya
  • 1 medium Honeydew melon
  • 50 gm - Honey
  • How to Make Fresh fruit salad:

    1. Wash the grapes and halve them. Peel the bananas and slice them.
    2. Dice the apple with the skin on.
    3. Peel the orange, remove pith and separate the segments. Pare and dice the pear.
    4. Pare and dice the papaya.
    5. Mix all the fruits together in a bowl with honey. Halve the melon.
    6. Remove pith and pips.
    7. Scoop out the pulp with a tablespoon, dice it and add to the fruit mixture.
    8. Cut in a zigzag way, the edges of the rind shell and fill with the fruit mixture.
    9. Before serving, chill and top with honey.
