Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple
  • 200 gm - seedless grapes
  • 1 orange
  • 1 pear
  • 100 gm - papaya
  • 1 medium honeydew melon
  • 50 gm - honey

How to Make Fresh fruit salad

  • Wash the grapes and halve them. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  • Dice the apple with the skin on.
  • Peel the orange, remove pith and separate the segments. Pare and dice the pear.
  • Pare and dice the papaya.
  • Mix all the fruits together in a bowl with honey. Halve the melon.
  • Remove pith and pips.
  • Scoop out the pulp with a tablespoon, dice it and add to the fruit mixture.
  • Cut in a zigzag way, the edges of the rind shell and fill with the fruit mixture.
  • Before serving, chill and top with honey.
