Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - fresh Methi leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed dry dhaniya
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli powder
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 inch - ginger, finely chopped
  • A pinch of ajwain (optional)
  • 1 tsp - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups - Chana flour (besan)
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 cup - rava
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped (optional)
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Fresh Methi Leaves Pakora

  • Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of a slightly thick consistency.
  • Deep fry them in the oil.
  • Serve hot.
