Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Corn Kernel(small tin)
  • 1 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp - Any herbs (Basil)
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 2 pinch - Salt
  • 1 tbsp - Mayonnaise

How to Make Fresh Salad With Yoghurt Dressing

  • Cut carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes into small pieces. Put everything in a large bowl.
  • Drain the corn kernel (tinned) and add with the vegetables. Keep aside.
  • Take a bowl. Add yoghurt with any herbs, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise. Beat together until they turn soft and fluffy.
  • Mix yoghurt seasoning to the fresh salad and serve it.
  • Enjoy fresh salad. Serve it immediately else they turn watery.
