  • 1 - Baguette
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 1/4 - Tomato
  • 1/4 - Red bell pepper
  • For Sauce:
  • 1/4 tsp - Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp - Dry Thyme leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - Olive oil

How to Make Fresh Vegetable Sandwich

  • Mix everything for sauce and keep aside.
  • Slice thinly the vegetables.
  • Either you can toss the vegetables or you can use the sauce as spread over the bread.
  • Cut the baguette and arrange the vegetables.
