Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • warm water to knead
  • Ghee to Deep Fried
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Fried Baati:

    1. Mix the flour, salt and ghee.
    2. Knead a very stiff dough with the warm water.
    3. Shape in to balls a little larger than a ping pong ball.
    4. Pressure cook the balls for 2 whistles.
    5. Let it cool.
    6. Cut into slices.
    7. Deep Fried in hot ghee.
    8. Drain and serve hot with dal.
