  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • warm water to knead
  • Ghee to Deep Fried
  • salt to taste

How to Make

  • Mix the flour, salt and ghee.
  • Knead a very stiff dough with the warm water.
  • Shape in to balls a little larger than a ping pong ball.
  • Pressure cook the balls for 2 whistles.
  • Let it cool.
  • Cut into slices.
  • Deep Fried in hot ghee.
  • Drain and serve hot with dal.
