Ingredients

  • Chicken - 800 g
  • Red chilly powder - 30 g
  • Garam Masala powder - 2 g
  • Beaten Egg - 1
  • Ginger- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 1 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric - 2 g
  • Red colour - a pinch
  • Oil - 1/2 kg
  • MSG - a pinch
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Fried Chicken 65

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Now make a thick paste of chilli powder, red colour, salt, egg, ginger- garlic paste, maida, lime juice, turmeric and ajinomotto
  • Marinate the chicken in the paste for 1/2 - 3/4 hrs.
  • Now deep fry the chicken.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges and onion rings.
