Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken breasts
  • 5 dessert spoon - Oil for deep frying
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 pinches - Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1 pinch - Food colour (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Fried Chicken Breasts:

    1. Wash the chicken breasts. Drain out all the water and pat it dry.
    2. Mix all the ingredients to make a paste.
    3. Coat the chicken with this mixture.
    4. Marinate for one hour in the freezer.
    5. After one hour deep fry the chicken.
    6. You can also shallow fry it.
