Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup - flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp- pepper
  • 3 lb - chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup -raisins
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • 1.5 tsp - cumin and coriander powder
  • 3 tsp - chilli powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 - green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 - Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (8oz) - Tomato sauce

How to Make Fried Chicken Curry

  • In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, stir to mix.
  • Add chicken pieces(1 or 2 at a time) to the mixture in the bowl.
  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Fry the chicken in hot oil, turning it brown on all sides, put the chicken in another pan.
  • In that oil, first fry the garlic then add onion. Stir for 2 min.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients. Also add the chicken.
  • Cook for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Serve with rice.
