Ingredients

  • 8 - Chicken Drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 - Egg beaten
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 tsp - Maida
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Fried Chicken Drumsticks:

    1. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with all the above ingredients (except oil) for about 2 hours. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken drumsticks (2 at a time) till golden brown. Serve with chilli sauce.
