Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken legs
  • 2 inch - Ginger (adhrak)
  • 15 Cloves - Garlic
  • 4 - Medium Green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves (kothmeer)
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1 - Lime (fresh)
  • Salt
  • How to Make Fried Chicken in Green Masala:

    1. Wash the chicken legs, dab dry with a kitchen towel and keep aside.
    2. Grind together ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin and coriander leaves.
    3. Mix the paste with curd, lime, salt and apply to the chicken legs.
    4. Keep aside for 1 hour and then shallow fry.
