Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger, Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 - Lemons
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 tsps - cashew paste
  • coriander 1 bunch
  • How to Make Fried Chicken:

    1. Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add a little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
    2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the green chillies and onions, till onions turn golden brown.
    3. Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw small disappears.
    4. Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
    5. Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
    6. Cook till done. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
