How to Make Fried Chicken

  • Clean and pat dry the chicken pieces. Add a little salt and steam in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the green chillies and onions, till onions turn golden brown.
  • Then add the ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw small disappears.
  • Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and stir.
  • Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the mixture coats the chicken pieces.
  • Cook till done. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander.
