Ingredients

  • 500g - Chicken legs or wings
  • 1 tbsp - barbeque sauce
  • 1 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • Breadcrumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Fried Chicken Wings

  • Mix the above ingredients together except breadcrumbs and oil.
  • Dip the chicken pieces in the marinated mixture, then into the breadcrumbs and deep fry.
