How to Make Fried Cones

  • Boil potatoes and chop into small pieces.
  • Boil green peas with soda and salt and drain out water.
  • Heat ghee and add jeera and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Add remaining ingredients and prepare stuffing.
  • Add ghee and salt in maida and prepare dough like puris, adding water as required.
  • Roll each part into thin rounds and cut into triangular shapes.
  • Roll over the moulds, place the moulds in hot oil and fry till light in colour.
  • Separate cones from moulds carefully after they get slightly cold.
  • Add water and salt to corn flour and prepare paste of medium consistency.
  • Fill stuffing into the cones, seal with paste and fry in oil till light brown in colour.
