How to Make Fried Deviled Eggs

  • Shell the eggs and cut them neatly in half.
  • Carefully remove the yolks.
  • To the yolks, add chopped onions, green chillies, chopped cashew nuts, raisins, chopped coriander leaves, sugar, and salt and mix well.
  • Fill this mixture back in the egg white halves, taking care not to break them.
  • To the mashed potato, add dhania-jeera powder and salt.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai.
  • Fry the mashed potatoes till they turn a little brown.
  • Take a fistful of this potato mixture and cover one egg half entirely.
  • Roll in the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Prepare all the eggs in a similar manner.
  • Deep fry till golden brown on all sides.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
