Ingredients

  • 5 - Drumsticks
  • 4 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • a pinch - asafetida
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - cumin and coriander powder
  • salt (all as per taste)
  • pinch of Sugar
  • oil for shallow frying

How to Make Fried Drumsticks

  • Cut the washed drumsticks into 2.5 inch size. Blanch till they become tender and drain.
  • Now mix rest of the ingredients and roll the drumsticks in it so that they are coated with the mixture.
  • In a pan heat some oil and shallow fry them till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
