Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 - eddoes
  • 4tbsp - Ghee or oil
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain seeds
  • Fresh ground black pepper(amount depends on taste)
  • salt to taste

How to Make Fried Eddoes (Arvi)

  • Boil eddoes with skin on. Peel and slice eddoes.
  • Heat ghee in a pan (preferably non-stick), add ajwain seeds.
  • Add eddoes and fry. Add salt and black pepper.
  • Serve hot with spinach daal and hot roti.
