  • 8 slices - sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 4 strips of bacon

How to Make Fried Egg And Bacon Sandwiches

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and break the eggs one at a time into it.
  • Cook slowly on low heat spooning hot oil from the pan over the eggs till the egg whites are set and the yolks are firm.
  • Remove carefully with a flat spatula on to a plate.
  • In the same pan fry the bacon strips till brown and crisp.
  • Remove from heat and break into bits.
  • Spread butter on one side of all the slices of slices.
  • Place a fried egg on 4 slices of bread.
  • Spread a few pieces of bacon on top.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
  • Cut away the crusts.
