Ingredients

  • 8 slices - sandwich bread
  • 4 tbsp - Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • How to Make Fried Egg And Bacon Sandwiches:

    1. Heat oil in a frying pan and break the eggs one at a time into it.
    2. Cook slowly on low heat spooning hot oil from the pan over the eggs till the egg whites are set and the yolks are firm.
    3. Remove carefully with a flat spatula on to a plate.
    4. In the same pan fry the bacon strips till brown and crisp.
    5. Remove from heat and break into bits.
    6. Spread butter on one side of all the slices of slices.
    7. Place a fried egg on 4 slices of bread.
    8. Spread a few pieces of bacon on top.
    9. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
    10. Cover with the remaining slices of bread.
    11. Cut away the crusts.
