Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - carrots, thinly sliced and boiled
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 8 tsp - cooking oil

How to Make Fried Egg Salad

  • Add 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan.
  • Heat oil and break 2 eggs into the pan, taking care not to break the yolks.
  • Spoon the oil over eggs continuously.
  • Let it cook slowly until the whites of the eggs are set.
  • Repeat the procedure for the remaining eggs.
  • Chop the eggs coarsely.
  • Before serving, toss all the ingredients.
