Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - carrots, thinly sliced and boiled
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - chopped Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • 8 tsp - cooking oil
  • How to Make Fried Egg Salad:

    1. Add 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan.
    2. Heat oil and break 2 eggs into the pan, taking care not to break the yolks.
    3. Spoon the oil over eggs continuously.
    4. Let it cook slowly until the whites of the eggs are set.
    5. Repeat the procedure for the remaining eggs.
    6. Chop the eggs coarsely.
    7. Before serving, toss all the ingredients.
