Ingredients

  • 1 kg - sear fish slices
  • 2 to 3 tsp- chili powder
  • 1 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp- Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - thick Tamarind juice
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Fried Fish:

    1. Wash the fish and pat dry. Combine rest of the ingredients except the oil.
    2. Apply on both sides of fish and keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
    3. Deep fry in moderately hot oil till fish is cooked.
    4. Drain from oil and serve hot.
